Your account and hostel
Use Basera only for hostel businesses you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in details private and grant team access only to appropriate people. Do not attempt to access another business's records or interfere with the service.
Records and payments
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and charges entered for your hostel. Cash, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa entries are payment records only; Basera does not process those payments. Verify funds independently before recording them.
Availability and history
Basera requires an internet connection. Review important financial records and retain appropriate exports. Resident and financial history is preserved; checking out a resident does not erase their records.
