About Basera

Basera (بسیرا — “a place to stay”) is built for the thousands of private hostels across Pakistan that still run on paper registers and memory. Boys' hostels, girls' hostels and working-women hostels all deserve software that is simple, affordable and respectful of their rules.

We focus on what actually matters day to day: which bed is free, who has paid rent, which deposits are still refundable, what's for dinner, and which complaints are still open. Everything else stays out of your way.

Every hostel's records are fully isolated and protected at the database level — one hostel can never see another hostel's data. Your information stays yours.
