Basera stores account details and the hostel information you enter, including resident contacts, photos, bed assignments, attendance and financial records. Hostel operators are responsible for entering appropriate information and obtaining any required resident permissions.

Access to hostel records

Hostel records are restricted to authorized members of that business. Business owners and managers control team access. Platform administration does not provide blanket access to private resident records.

Photos and account storage

Photos are stored privately and displayed through temporary links. Basera uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session and selected hostel. Signing out clears the application's cached account data.

Corrections and history

Authorized managers can correct resident and business information. Resident and financial history is preserved rather than permanently deleted through the app. Contact your hostel operator about resident-record requests.
